This church has some pretty thought provoking signs. It makes you stop to think how lucky we are that every month there isn't an invoice in the mail from God: "okay, let me see this month's bill... hmmm.... $5.00 for that bad thought. okay. hmmmm.... $25.00 for those bad words. Ouch. That one hurts. Let's see.... TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS?? (can't tell you what THAT one was for!)
Yes, if God were to make US pay for our sins, well, I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to. We'd all be bankrupt! Because God loves us so much, he sacrificed his only Son to pay for our sins, the
sins that we can never, ever pay for!

I suppose that God will eventually send out a "final notice" and if we don't have "payment credited" by the blood of Jesus stamped on our bill, then payment of sin will indeed come due!
